    Is there any way to use a silent aim, without the deagle and barrett spraying?

    When I use silent aim, I'd like to have it so it doesn't just spray with semiautomatic weapons like the barrett as it makes the weapon useless. I'd like to have silent aim while still being able to just click once and fire one shot instead of 10. Is this possible in any way?
