What is this for a arma mode?

So I tested this out on Rainbow Six Siege and it works, it stops the game and I am still able to move around, but I shot a guy a few times in the head, released the hot key, and nothing happened to him.. Are there only a few games this works on?? Any information is welcome.

Stood in front of another player in pubg. Pressed e and he froze and I fired, and it said "network lag detected" for 20-30 seconds (freezing game), and then I was dead.
Kinda not opposit of how its suppose to work :/

Just tested again. Ran into a room and pressed E for about half a second when I saw the other player loading a gun. But it was ME who froze again, and when lag stopped HE had shot ME - wtf ?
If someone could help me on skype or teamspeak, please add me skype Kim2400Nv

I'm sorry that you wasted a lot of time just to write this, lmao. It does NOT work for pubg nor was it ever created for pubg.
Next time spend some time reading the comments, it can save you a lot of work.
