Regarding vac ban consequences

A) If i get vac banned on any game (example: MW2), is it easier to get banned again if i get caught cheating on BO2?

B). I read this from another thread, correct me if im wrong.

Step 1. Download your hack
2. change the name of the hack in ts3 or photoshop etc
3. put the hack in your documents.
4. you get an 50% lower risk to get banned"

Does this mean im supposed to change the hack application´s name in teamspeak 3 and put the hack inside example: %userprofile%\documents ? If i´m not using it, can´t i just change the name from file explorer?
