you being logged onto this site from your computer should've logged him off from his computer... as far as i know the same name cant come from two IP addresses.

there are two different ips, so yeah it wasnt him. anyway. change your password and your email password.

other than changing your passwords and trying to remove whatever it was that gave your account info out there's nothing more we can do.
if you're unable to remove whatever it was that gave your info out then the only thing you can do is reformat your PC and reinstall windows.
