How Can I Play Pirated DLC on a Legit Steam Version of BO3

Hey guys, I knew this was possible, I just never really thought about doing it. I don't really understand a single thing of how to do it, so I'm gonna need you to talk to me like I'm a 3 year old . If anyone can help me that would be great. Thank you!

Simply not possible as far as I'm aware.
Steam uses verification to check if you have the DLCs purchased let alone installed.

I'm not sure. You can try downloading all the DLC, then putting it in the proper directory, then you can go into offline mode, then try. There is most likely no way that it will work if you use it online, but it may work offline.
