    I believe it is based on a report system, get multiple reports and you'll eventually get banned

    If you're hacking/cheating, don't make it obvious or 'show off' the hacks
    (Don't troll either)

    I don't think that's what he is asking... He is asking if his computer gets banned (along with his account) or just his account (meaning he can make a new account/buy the game again)
