- 03 - Run as administrator the Extreme Injector v3.exe
- 04 - Click on Add DLL and select the cheat.dll
- 05 - Click on Settings and then in Start in Secure Mode
- 06 - Minimize the Extreme Injector
- 07 - Start Steam and CS: GO (and wait for it to load...30 seconds?)
- 08 - Minimize CS: GO, and click Inject
- 09 - When you see that the cheat has been injected (Extreme Injector closes), disconnect the USB Flash Drive

But still sometimes VAC detects a cheat within 24h happened to HookTronic once when i was releasing it on mpgh daily.

no i use it about a half hour ago i just open the hack and accept the mm and disconected by vac
