Attempted SE with vaporizer company - Their rebuttal, video evidence

What's up gentleman. So, I just recently attempted to SE a prominent vaporizer reseller doing the ole missing items in the package approach. I entered live chat today and described the events, provided pictures , ect ect. They telling me " We need to escalate this issue and make a request for video evidence in the packaging room". Needless to say, they send me the actual video of this dude packaging my box (definitely a stoner) with all the items as described, despite my claim.

"I had our warehouse review the video of your order being packaged and shipped. We record all orders being packaged and shipped for quality assurance. Please click on the following link to be able to view the video of your order being packaged and shipped with all the items.
If there is anything else I can assist you with please let me know."

Damn right lol? So of course I responded back, sticking to my guns, not budging one bit despite the evidence.

All in all, making for interesting ordeal. Can anyone provide any insight in the matter? Should I continue to press them, or fold em?

dude they go as far as to record the packers then you know your getting no where with this company.
