Is there any mods can put some DLC clothes on character? Like you can't put scarves and body armor combine with female character anymore but I really want to do it again

I'm sure there is but do you really want to get banned over clothes glitch? R* is going all out and is going after cheaters in a big big way

There are a lot of GTA mods out there (some of which are right here on MPGH). Nearly all of them have the ability to change your player model and do what you ask.

Just ask around for GTA mod clients or search through posts here on MPGH. Most of the effective, safe menus you'll have to pay for.
