Can't help you with that, as I simply don't know what's safe. Remember to always close the program after the injection! I have no idea if these are detected, use at your own risk. If you want to avoid a vac ban, don't use this hack 36 hours after approval, can't vouch for that though.

What is matchmaking untrusted means vac possible?

Anything is Vac possible so use it at your own risk. OW is always a possibility plus if you use an outdated Extreme Injector or a different version of GameOwner then you might get vac'd/fk'd over.
