    Question Piercing blow can not connect to server

    Hi guys I recently installed on my PC windows 10 pro and I installed back my Piercing blow, but when I try to open it says ''can not connect to server''
    I tried to disable Firewall my anti viruss program, nothing seems to work, anyone has other ideas that might help or has stumbled across this situation ? I would apriciate if somone could help.
