Reopen closed thread

Hello my thread got closed because of potential scammer but I paid the amount that was required of me in the scam report and is now closed. I'd like to reopen my service

Create a new thread, and provide staff with a vouch copy. Follow the rules and stickies of the section. The thread is quite outdated (and bypassed new rules as a result, unintentionally), so for that make a new thread.
