As of late, I've been having rough time sleeping before work, today I woke up at 3 AM in the morning and couldn't fall asleep no matter what I tried, hell even drinking hot coco didn't help with the situation, however, when I have like 3 days off or more, then I sleep without any problem, straight 8 hours = no issues, but as soon as I have to work the very next day, it turns to 3-4 hours, any ideas to why?
Because, I wanna feel freshen up before work, and, it's so hard to stay wake at work when I've had barely any sleep, is it sleep deprevasion or what is it?
NB: I know y'all ain't some medical savages who know a solution, but, I wanna know if someone has experienced the same issue like I have.
