    I would definetely have some sort of noise in the background. Helps me a lot. Also, being extremely physically exhausted always helps.

    Sleep with a fan on high. I do every night, can't fall asleep without it. Also try a couple Benadryl before laying down.

    You could try benadryl or if you can get them, Rx Anti-depressants. I personally can't sleep without a fan, but if you can sleep other nights just fine without one then I think that's not the problem
