Download attachment, open .rar file, extract "cheat.dll", get injector (google csgo injector), open injector, open cheat.dll in injector, inject into csgo.exe.

Boom. Cheated.

Got banned on two of my accounts.
Used Hooktronic injector, played a comp game on account 2 today and injected into account 1 today (approx. 10 hours after release on MPGH)
It shows up as OW ban on main menu, but actually it is a VAC ban, as you can tell from my profile and the screenshots.

Maybe its because injector ?
I last used it at 22:54 with gameowner another version and it worked just fine still no vac.
