Name: Underkill Mod
Purpose: using a pistol, RPG, Balistic Knife, etc as a Primary
Extra: Removing secondary weapons or equipment from a loadout. Might seem dumb to do something like this but I'm a fan of a certain someones overkill weapon mod.
