If he does provide screenshots, its another story where the shop is closed and he agreed to TOS.

    Plus hes making it seem like it never worked in the first place based on his screenshots.

    But anyway, I don't have to do a replacement shop was closed, states that in TOS warranty is duration of shop. Shop was more than 2 years, so warranty was well done on my part, and others got away with having 2-3 months of shop and were fine.

    Can't make me refund when smoke also left his shop and nothing happen, Billy, and many many others.

    Yeah.... no, you sold him the account on April the 3rd, it stopped working on the 23rd, you have 15 hours to refund him.

    Why do you approve my thread when I clearly state the warranty lasts the lifetimes of the shop.

    Whether he buys yesterday and I close my thread in 3 years or I close it in 2 days why should it matter?

    As well, the warranty was the longest of majority of the services, years of warranty. Billy had a thread up for a few months and still did not have to refund anyone.

    People have been abusing the 'lifetime warranty as long as the shop lasts' "rule" for too long.
    We'll probably be changing the rules pertaining to this..

    It hasn't changed it and the "probably" isn't in force yet.

    Plus my shop was the longest running so you can't tell me I abused it. Like you just said, that rule is not force yet so I don't have to do anything.

    Please have the upper staff confirm if this rule is going to be in place now so I can refund or it won't so I don't have to do anything.

    To this day almost all shops have that rule and nobody has said anything, and you the staff are letting it sit there, so clearly it is within the rules.

    Although it does say that you can sell lifetime warranties, a 20 day account is unacceptable, the rule is currently being modified and will be posted shortly, however, until then, you still have to refund him, LAST WARNING : 12 hours

    I will refund once its posted, right now it is unfair providing a refund when theres no such rules.

    Plus all the other people from previous scam reports will have to refund as well correct? You will go through all of them or what?
