Have you tried turning it off and back on?
Jack of my headphones snapped and now 2/3 of the golden piece of the jack is lodged in the port on my laptop.
Tried to get it out by attaching the broken end to the stuck piece with glue. Glue wasn't strong enough. It looks like someone jizzed a bit in the port now so that may be bad.
Still managed to take a section off with scissors (using the tip as a scraper) but there is still stuff inside.
I'm planning on taking a pen ink tube and putting some superglue on the end as well as wrap the tube with paper. Then I'll try to put the tube in and hopefully the bit of superglue settles with the jack and I can twist it and pull it out.
Problem is I don't know if I fucked myself by using the weaker glue and letting it get a bit inside the port on the sides of the jack. Is it stuck now? Did I break the port and have to get a new laptop?
I also need to actually FIND the superglue so that will take a little while.
I also don't know if the superglue will do the same thing like the other glue and get a in the port.
Halp Plz.

Throw it out and get a new one
Had the same issue, except the whole goddamn jack snapped inside and got stuck
Take it to a repair guy, they'll have to dismantle the whole thing
