1. VPN but the best way is to reset the modem/router and get a new ip.
2. I don't have any experience with USA stealth, I'd say that if you stay low and don't hit the limit you don't need to give them the SSN.
3. Avoid false documents and only give them when you have to.
4. I use dreamweavervcc.com and never had any problems + he's on mpgh too (https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1135793). He only accepts btc if you are not trusted on mpgh.

Thanks. For vpn I use purevpn but i also check my real paypal quite often so idk if this is going to be a pain or not.
My real one won't let me add a third bank account (prepaid card account, I don't actually have 3 bank accounts) and I verified myself last week. They are being a major pain in the ass.

You should avoid buying stealth accounts unless that person is very trusted and has a lot of experience. Did your IP match the country of the paypal account?

Yeah I used it as stated in his rules. He didn't gave me a refund at all...however I did not open a scam report which was probably dumb

In my case my customers never have bitcoins so i have to accept gaypal which works somewhat fine i buy things with it and if i have to withdraw i just buy bitcoins with virwox (yeah i get raped by the fees)

Dreamweavervcc is a rip off? Also i have never seen 3-5$ vccs on mpgh lol that's why i bought from him because it's easier to trade on mpgh than on a shady website + his vccs work fine not like others.

Right now there are only 2 sellers in the first 7 pages of user services and well he's the cheapest one currently. Also never had a problem with his vccs (with a cheap one you can get your pp limited very quickly) I don't mind overpaying 5 usd because i only use them when i have to buy bitcoins.
