I have earned 21k NX so far. Here is what I do

Do a sur.vey/offer whatever.
Wait for it to approve
When it approves wait about 2-3 minutes and clear your cookies.
Do another sur.vey/offer
repeat!

Use FireFox/IE and remember to allow all cookies.
