so I have to post 300 times to start a fame farming service, even though I have been a member on this site for a very long time?

Well lemme clear this for you, there are dozens of users from past years who simply signed to download a single hack from the forum and stopped using it. After years past they come back and I can assure you, they aren't counted as proper member.
Like you , you haven't even gotten your member tag which you take with posting 10posts. You may be in this forum like just slightly more than 3 months and only 2 posts makes you more suspicious if you are going to open a fame training service which involves getting accessed to the buyers account. Please take your time fulfilling the requirements.

"Duping service methods should be provided to ensure it is a legitimate service."
I've been running a legitimate service for near 2 years on a different forum, and while I will gladly give a vouch copy on the account of a moderator (I'm sure Solvi will gladly allow as I've already run Lost Halls on his account) and feel that having to give the dupe method is a massive abuse of the mods power and is absolutely unnecessary when I can prove that I can dupe and have 50+ people vouch for me that they haven't been banned for it.

You don't have to give it to us via text form at all. You just need to show a staff member on MPGH that it does indeed work.

So you’re saying that if I do the service for a mod without actually showing / telling HOW to do the service, it will be approved? Because I would gladly do that just not tell or show how to do the dupe.

see i legit think mpgh needs to just have phone verification and if you want to start a service or anything like that provide Photo ID to a Admin
Alot of sites do similar and it reduces scams by huge rates.

I think he meant let the admin log, check the account (see 1 UT). Then YOU log on and dupe it. Let the admin log back on and check the account and see multiple of said UT, likely proving it was duped.
