So someone here helped me with my order and had a replacement shipped to me.
The replacement was showed up on my Bestbuy account as $0, I requested a return label and shipped back the item including a return slip showing the item as $0. Was delivered last Friday.
Will Bestbuy process the return and refund me for the full amount or do I have to call?

When you do the best buy refund and you get a replacement, it's going to show up on your account as a refund of "check" as $0 when you send back your replacement. And you get an email stating this:
"Your return was successfully processed on x.
There is no credit or refund associated with this return.
We value you as a Best Buy® customer and look forward to seeing you again soon."
If you want your refund just call them and tell them you got refunded for the replacement and actually want your money back.
It's not stated but since I've actually done the refund he's talking about I know what his actual scenario is.
