Would unlocking the Savini Jason DLC and attempting to use it online result in a ban?

Dumb question to some but hey I don't DLC unlock that much

What is GLR or Cream? I can't unlock Savini Jason because it stops being able to hear ANYONE speaking in-game, or is there a way around that now?

Creamapi not working any more m8 im tested final version.. and not working. im not tested greenluma im searched some. and i see only 2014 and older videos i think its outaded

Edit: Game gets error (fatal crash) while checking Steam_api64.dll im searching some fix. if i found ill share it there

Creamapi works i used it 10 mins ago. And Greenluma was updated last week.

Can you point me towards a tutorial on how to use it? I'll give it a go tomorrow, I have the full steam version not pirated but none of the DLCs, so it will let me unlock Savini jason (I don't really care about the clothing packs) and be able to hear people using mic in-game if I use creamapi?
