Join certain lobbies

Hi,
is there any way to join certain lobbies? I knew that there was website that allowed you to join any lobby you wanted, but they shutted it down. Is there any substitute?

Game doesn't accept lobby links. You can join any lobby by Steam but to play in this lobby you must be connected to p2p server of host. Here is simple Poc if host doesnt deny any player out of their matchmaking. Make fake lobby with p2p address of host. Join his lobby by Steam and make sure he has one more slot left. Then try to connect fake lobby by game. Then you should be in lobby of target person if everything goes well.

TL;DR: Too hard for mortals.
