Forget PW | no "request" email after 4h+

Help needed. Try to reset my pw with email link but nothing has happend / the mail won't show up. checked junk/spam/rules etc
First Request send 4h ago [07.00 AM forum time zone] and still no mail from mpgh. after typing email adress and image verification this show up an nothing more.

"Your username and details about how to reset your password have been sent to you by email. You will now be returned to where you were.

My email acc works flawless, write some test mail to friends and the reply in under 15 min.

Made the system send the email. The host for that account tends not to work. I would recommend you change the email to something like outlook or gmail.
