Any Gobble gum Offline or On a pirated game [cheat engine hack]

I've made a large table which converts the classic gobblegum (which you have infinite of) into some of the better gobblegum, the conversions are as listed below:

Always Done Swiftly (19) ➨ Perkaholic (10)
Anywhere But Here! (18) ➨ Reign Drops (11)
Arsenal Accelerator (19) ➨ Soda Fountain (13)
Armamental Accomplishment (25) ➨ Self Medication (15)
Arms Grace (10) ➨ Aftertaste (10)
Coagulant (9) ➨ Coagulant (9)
Danger Closest (14) ➨ Shopping Free (13)
Firing On All Cylinders (23) ➨ Immolation Liquidation(22)
Impatient (9) ➨ Kill Joy (8)
Now You See Me (14) ➨ On The House (12)
Stock Option (12) ➨ Killing Time (12)
Sword Flay (10) ➨ Wall Power(10)
In Plain Sight (14) ➨ Crate Power (11)
Lucky Crit (10) ➨ Cache Back (10)

The number in the brackets is the maximum hexkey gobblegum you can replace the source gobblegum with (See the linked thread if you're confused)
Some of the gobblegum will not work for no reason, if the ones you intend to use do not work, load up the game again and retry the table, there seems to be some issues with 'Anywhere but here!' most likely because of the exclamation mark but I dont know, if anybody knows let me know.

Is it a permanent gobblegum replace or do i need to do it every time?
Also, how do i use the downloadable file or what it is for?
I asked these questions on the other thread but no one answered me yet...

Okay, what you want to do is open up a version of cheat engine, and then drag the file ontop of the window, then when you select black ops three it will ask you if you want to keep the current table, select yes. Now at the bottom of cheat engine there should be a list ass depicted in my OP, to the left of each of these you want to select activate, this will change the gobblegum as stated, this is not permanent and lasts either until you close black ops three, or cheat engine (or deactivate the row).
