Mh works for some people, for some people it doesn't.

Try downloading another RivaTuner, google it, and see if that works. If it doesn't, tell me if you're on a laptop or not. It might not work on a laptop but I'm not certain of that as I can't test it.

Yes you have added a Virus scan, but the rules are saying this:

2) Scan it - Second, you're going to need two virus scans. One from each of these locations:
VirusTotal
VirScan
- This is MANDATORY with every release.

But your release only having the Virustotal scan, not the VirScan. I think this is what [Nig][ga] wanted to say

Ugh I've always had 1 virus scan and it was always enough, sigh.
