Hotels.com -- How to use?

I see all these people selling hotels.com points/rewards and would like to know how one would go about using a hotels.com account without getting in any type of trouble at all. I understand how to use some of the points accounts on here, but when it comes to hotels.com and using airline miles, you would need to check-in using your ID and credit card. I'd like to know how to avoid getting into trouble if one decided to redeem some nights. Very interested in purchasing but need to know how to use it -- Anybody that has experience, please help. Thanks in advance!

I read awhile ago Hotels is patched and nights booked with the rewards are cancelled.

I'm asking here because I don't want to hijack someone's sales thread asking about it. Anybody else with experience using hotels.com ? If it's been patched, then that's fine too. but if it hasn't -- I sure would like to know how one would go about using he account and stay out of the spotlight.

Just new here in mpgh, but i know hotels and i also sell them. If ur intrested we can talk. Btw i checked previous threads and it seems only few people sell then now.

It used to be easy to change the login and send confirmation to different address when booking. Seemed to be patched ~

U cannot change the email on the acount unlike b4, but i hav acounts for sale that u dont need to change email!
