What? You don't need to edit .uasset file's to unlock anything, just use a Save file or use HxD.

The game has savefile about your characters, bloodpoints, perks, etc. inside the save file located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\(SomeId)\381210\remote\Profil eSaves". Though it is encrypted, but the encryption is not great and uses Unreal Engine's FAES::EncryptData found on their ******, and iirc they use a static key. You can find out more by decompiling the game, they do pack the PDB with it so it ez.
