Can't change my save file (David Ze)

Used David Ze's program a couple days ago and then it stopped updating anything, everytime I tried to edit my save file it either said I need to continue or quit, and continue didn't do anything. I have all my killers and survivors prestige 3 and level 50, but I want to give my Doctor and Feng Min some perks and it only shows up david, huntress, nurse, etc, and sometimes it shows up Hag and Ace.

Can somebody tell me how to reset my ENTIRE save file? Delete the entire game and reinstall it? Like I wanna lose my entire progress and keep my DLCs, then I can edit it back.

I have my old save which works but can't edit and my hacked save file (which i'm using) can't edit either and it just says continue or quit:
