Hello guys !

Looks like a corrupt data stream to me, see if you have a vac ban, if you don't try restarting your game (NOT reinstall.)

I got this error too, I just restarted steam and it ran just fine.

Files verification in steam
No Ban Vac
But always get error

Ok guys, It's good I found the problem
I installed the Sandboxie software and it was the latter that made the conflict
