A Question about Merge Glitch!

Hello Guys,

I guess most of you are familiar with the Merge glitch where if you close the game window as soon as you click Buy, you get to keep the items required for the merge.

However, I wanted to know if Merge Glitch works if the "items required" used in merge are AC Purchased item, which don't have value of 0 AC.
Specifically I'm asking this for the "Ultra Elemental Warrior" class.

For the class we have to merge 8 different capes which costs 300 ACs each.

So I wanted to get the class and keep the capes (so I can sell them back too.)

The reason I'm worried about weather or not Merge glitch will work in this case is because,
Similar to merge glitch there is a quest glitch as well, where if you turn in quest and close the window, the quest is completed and you get to keep items. (Ofc for quest like Juggernaut you won't get the reward since you never click Yes on drop, but you get EXP and Gold)

HOWEVER, when I tried quest glitch with treasure chest quest, I always got to keep the treasure chest, BUT the Key got used up.
(Tried 10 times. All 10 times, chest stayed and key got used)

So I was wondering maybe for AC items which don't have 0 AC value, they get used up regardless.


If somebody tried the merge glitch for Ultra Elemental Warrior Class, can they give me the answer?

You could just go member and buy the non-ac capes to get the same class for 0AC.

I'm pretty sure the treasure chest quest is an exception. Probably because AQW NEEDS to make sure it doesn't get compromised, so they make you use up the key before anything else happens.

Also, AC items can still be glitched. Still have my Void Crystal B from merge glitching void highlord.

Hm, with AC Items I meant AC items which don't have AC value of 0.
Treasure Key when bought have Purchase Price of 200 ACs and Sellback price of 50 ACs, unlike Void Crystals which are 0 AC Value.
Similarly the capes have a Purchase and Sellback price, that's why I was wondering if merge would work with them or not.

Thanks for the suggestion, and yea I know there's a member version with gold capes, but I'm not planning to become member (atleast any time soon) so was wondering if merge glitch would work with the AC Capes.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ maybe make some more alts and confirm emails on them and do the treasure chest thing a bunch of times and see if you find any that work. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Tbh I don't see any reason WHY AQW would prevent ac items that cost money to buy but not bother AT ALL with any other item. You'd think they'd make any AC item immune to the glitch at least instead of being VERY specific with what they want to make immune when they don't have to. Due to that reasoning, my hypothesis is that the treasure chest quest is specially designed to not be glitched.

They will work you just need to time them right.
IMO the class isn't really worth the trouble though.
It's way too RNG dependent for its peak DPS which isn't even that great to begin with.

I guess you're right.
For me Timing won't be an issue since I have near 100% success rate with merge glitch, but the risk is way too much compared to reward. (In case the glitch don't work for non 0 value AC items)
Guess, I won't try it. xD
