Yes it is patched, you get banned after a few minute of playing, I still enjoy it by making a lot of accounts lmao.

It works for me as well I'm using:
Windows 10 , 64bit

What is not really satisfied is that we can't turn off the BigHead as for others good work and thank you. Hope to be able to turn it off though.

followed the image instructions but still unabe to remove the bug head or edit it as i choose the Ad_body1.nif file an error pop out says its unable to read the file.
