Sadly no DLC unlocking method will allow you to play the official Tanoa content.

Can confirm.... Any ideas on a way around it? I tried changing the original dll's so that they're not _o appended, as that had worked before, unfortunately not this time...

2. Re-install
3. ????

Worked for me as well, sort of.

1. Delete Creamapi.ini, and steam_api64.dll, steam_api.dll
2. I had to as well delete the originals. So steam_api64_o.dll, steam_api_o.dll
3. Verify steam game integrity (For those that don't know, right click arma 3, properties, local files tab, "Verify integrity of game files")
4. Redo OP's steps from scratch.
5. ????
6. Profited

In theory it should. If you download the older files from the original thread you may find a few links in the .ini file to help you.

BI forums-Tweaked: Apex expansion data are now decrypted and downloaded to all users (Content Licensing applies)

I can join apex protocol single mission but cant join any multiplayer game server ! so any way to bypass it so we can play on arma 3 tanoa servers.
