They have said twitter, reddit and on there own forum, editing config files to give an unfair advantage will lead to a ban, with that said, they will probaly ban people that remove settings they wanna force.
Someone asked on reddit about force PP and they said, they will ban players for unfair advantage, then you can take it as you want.
Just wanted to inform people about it and give heads up, if you get banned, you cant rly whine, since someone warned you about it.
Even that threadstarter says its not bannable and it wasent when he made the thread, Bluehole changed there statment after it

Watch out for even editing .ini file now.
Bluehole have updated it since alot of players removed force PP, too gain an advantage.

Hello guys,

This tutorial will teach you to how to remove the forced post processing enabled after this lastest patch by BlueHole even if you select "VERY LOW" in game will not have any changed because its FORCED...

the solution its very simple and dont need high skills.



1) Find and open/edit the file Engine.ini

my location:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\TslGame\Saved\Co nfig\WindowsNoEditor

2) add this line after the last one:

[/script/engine.renderersettings]
r.DepthOfField.MaxSize=0

My Engine.ini after edit:

[Core.System]
Paths=../../../Engine/Content

Well I don't think this is an unfair advantage since it does not let you see through walls or trees but just disable the forced blur motion to let you gain some FPS. If they don't want people to change ini files, they just have to fucking optimize their game that's all.
On "Can I Run It" website, it says that the minimum setting is :
OS 64-bit Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows 8.1 & Windows 10)
Processor Intel Core i3-4340 / AMD FX-6300
GPU nVidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB / AMD Radeon HD 7850 2 GB
HD Space 30 GB available space
RAM 6 GB RAM
DirectX Version 11

And my config is way better than that but I still manage to get drops from 55 to 5 fps even in very low.

yeah this game is fucking piece of shit. im using gtx 1050 ti. the fps i got on ultra is more than the one i got in very low. simply this game cant fucking run well on gtx 1050 ti

Yeah not working, it is saying a loading file is being blocked, the dxgi.dll

dxgi.dll its not related to any type of .cfg .ini changes !!!

Sometimes BE block Reshade.
