Instructions
1. Start CSGO
2. Change to Window mode
3. Inject Cheat with Extreme Injector (https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1252921) when the main menu is fully loaded; otherwise, CSGO will most likely crash.
4. Press INSERT to toggle the Cheat menu
