It will never not be safe. I've been using it for about a year now and have had no problems what so ever with Steam or the Tool.

Same ^^ I've tried to figure out what steam crack can do and what is it but all i see "illegal version of steam and you shouldn't use it blah blah"... Also how does it work if steam checks everything on tuesdays??
