What's wrong with eBay buyers? wtf?

So, here is my other post: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1297957 which I said someone opened a case against me and after a week I said that I won.

Now, someone threaten me to leave a negative review and open a dispute. Why? Let me explain.

So, my listing's subject is this: 5 Random Steam Keys - PC Game - Chance of getting GTA V, DayZ, CS:GO, etc!

You get it? Let me put it here again.
5 Random Steam Keys - PC Game - Chance of getting GTA V, DayZ, CS:GO, etc!
PC Game - Chance of getting GTA V, DayZ, CS:GO, etc!
Chance of getting GTA V, DayZ, CS:GO, etc!
    Chance of getting
    Chance of getting

    A buyer sent me this:

I told him that It's random and I don't choose that you get a high-value game or a low-value one.

    He sent me this:

I said that's what random means and I'm not gonna refund your money or replace your keys.

And he said the craziest thing:

Let's look at the subject again: 5 Random Steam Keys - PC Game - Chance of getting GTA V, DayZ, CS:GO, etc!

He expects me to send him a GTA 5, DayZ and CS:GO!

But again, that's why I chose eBay to sell stuff. Because they're stupid.

You should always sell low-risk items for the first 2-3 listings because eBay manually monitor them. I sold some old books for the first listings (You shouldn't sell it. You can just list it for a unreasonably high price so that no one buys it, then delist it after a day or two). If your listing goes live instantly, that means you can list the stuff you want.

I believe low-risk items = items that won't go for high prices.

That's not what I meant by low-risk. I mean nothing that has a brand name on it, nothing for lower than $1 (Like $0.10 or $0.05), nothing that is digital (Like game keys), etc. I forgot the full list but you don't need to know it. Just list a book of yours. Also pictures and description should be yours.

Why is there only a chance of GTA V, DayZ, etc and not a 100% chance?

If I list it on the classified category, no one can open a case against me. But to unlock the classified option, you should pay some fees. I don't know how to do that and I don't want to.

Why should there be a 100% chance? Don't you think I would sell the game individually if it was like that?
