Make money with Steam Games (PUBG, CSGO, H1Z1)

Story
I'm no longer active on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Market Place. This is a method I used to do, requires a bit of work but it works perfectly. Nothing illegal of course.

Context
Let's say I still play CSGO and intends to sell accounts over here.

Method
1) Go to steamdb.info, look at CSGO prices for each country (Turkey has the cheapest CSGO)
2) Connect to Turkey via VPN
3) Create an account on Steam
4) Purchase CSGO via Bitcoin
5) Post on Marketplace and start selling that for 9USD or something with Original E-mail

*Turkey CSGO is only $6.90, US sells it for $14.99.
**After you've purchased, you do not require VPN to play. It's just for activation of game.

This works for all games, any games, any accounts. New account, old account.

You can sell both! Steam accounts with a rank can increase profit depending on the rank or you can resell the key for a % more

Right... but if I bought it from the Turkey VPN and I want to sell the key itself I could only sell it to people from Turkey, right?
I'd have to activate it with the VPN on the Steam account so I can sell the account to anyone I want... right?

You can also use Asian keys... they usually sell for like 4.7EUR

Because Steam checks your Paypal country of origin. If it's from the states, you can't checkout.
