(FSoD/AS3) Any recent Bella behaviors? Loot chest fixes?

A member of my intrepid team made a Bella-themed Sorc set. It's kind of nice.
I stashed it into Bella's loot chest at 0.04 chance per piece. I must have killed 600 of those fuckin things and still not one yet so I'm drawn to the conclusion that the chest isn't working as intended.

Came here to see if people have made it work and there's a cool looking behavior by GhostMarquee but it doesn't appear to follow the same structure as FSoD (it's a pretty dated thread I think). I tried removing the chest outright and just making them simple bag drops but removing the chest and newstate from the behavior just threw a ton of errors in my face.

Have there been any recent Bella or loot chest fixes in general?

I would recommend first testing with a high drop chance to make sure that it is working than lower the drop rate to whatever.
