Will i be banned again

So ive been overwatched on 2 accounts, now is the time i want to actually buy some skins and play legit the problem is idk if ill be vacced, i saw someone got vacced due to phone sharing, would i get banned if say i used my dads phone number on a new account (Never used his on one before) but used my phone for the steam app? So basically i would have the steam auth app on my phone but i would use his number for verification

You wouldn't. From my experience, new number and new account just resets everything.

Just do not add the same phone number that the vacced accounts had on them .
