Turns out it was a winrar problem, i opened it with 7zip and it worked.

Most likely, but you are cheating/exploiting, so there will always be a chance.

Okay i mean in Bo3 you can cheat without a risk to get Banned (as long as you don't change the Rounds to high), and you play in a Solo Lobby, thats the reason why i asked^^
