6 months Blacklist Dispute

Dear @Liz,

At first @Ahlwong stated that I would be blacklisted from the marketplace from September 27 - December 27, and although I realize it was probably a mistake, I think this would be a more appropriate blacklist length. Not only is 3 months still quite a long time (around 90 days), I also feel that I have learned my lesson well enough. Furthermore, I feel that this blacklist length should be reduced because I had to put a lot of effort into getting the money to refund the people that I took from. I now understand the true measure of what I have done, and I have learned and grown from this experience. Lastly, it would be a great way to start anew, a fresh year; to just start over. I believe in the phrase "A new year, a new you", and I really do hope that you understand too and consider my proposal to reduce the length of the blacklist.

Firstly, resetting the blacklist title is not allowed and you would be permanently banned just for doing so.

Secondly, a user was blacklisted for 4 months after they refunded a user which they'd scammed 6 months prior.

You scammed 3 users and took a year to refund them. We don't have to unban you, nor do we need to give you a short period of time for a blacklist. We could've made it a permanent blacklist.

The user's marketplace ban was removed from his title. While the current length is being disputed (and discussed) he is still marketplace banned and should have his user title state it.
