try that and check if all your components are still showing up, harddrives etc
Its stuck in automatic repair mode, i tried everything even this method ,
do i need to buy a new parts, if so what do i need ? Im think either my motherboard or ssd is broken

Try to access BIOS, if you can set the boot order to load a USB first, do that and reinstall Windows

Uninstall and reinstall windows is the best bet here
Worst case scenario is reinstalling Windows.
Since Windows does boot somehow and shows that you need a repair, means there is a missing file and that the HDD/SSD is completely fine.
Get a flash drive with windows and reinstall it if that doesn't work. Well, you're fucked. Unless you get a new Hard drive/SSD

Download "darik's boot and nuke" onto a usb drive.
Run it- complete a full formate of the drive.
Install windows (trial)
Go to Pirate Bay and download 'KMS Activator'
Run KMS and activate windows
Good to go!
