Doh Error (Cake and FSOD)

I'm having this weird bug (?), I started both server and wserver and ofc Xampp too. I even checked all the ports, both client and servers. And for some reason I can't access MySQL admin page even after turning Apache on.
Everything was working fine ​yesterday.
Any Ideas?

Turn off Apache, don't need it. Then, make sure you are using correct client firstly. Then make sure you have MySql turned on. Then make sure you have wserver.exe and server.exe correctly turned on. And finally make sure your firewall isn't on.

Um I did all that but it still didn't work, but somehow started working the next day, but thank you anyways!
