With crouton any trainer made for linux will work with ease. Also so this is a browser based game you could probably make a chrome extension that acts as a trainer. Programming it into an android app would also be an option. It's completely possible and doubtfully difficult. The problem is demand. I'm on a chromebook pro and I can tell you there is very few things you can't do on a chromebook unless the operation requires raw power exceeding 4 gigs (for a typical chromebook)
