How do i use this pointer in AHK?

So, after finding some guides to get the pointer i wanted i found this:
Address: "trove.exe"+00D3CD50
offset 0 = 4
offset 1 = 1D0
offset 2 = EC
offset 4 = 214
offset 5 = 34C
(It's the pointer for current health)

Problem is that i cant seem to get the address of "trove.exe" in to AHK and it just returns nil, i've been looking in to some guides on how to get the module base address with memoryread and dllcall but it feels like something's missing in them. They are just assuming you know what else needs to be done to get it right.

If anyone would be so kind to explain this to me i'd really appreciate it.
