Yes, the game is most definitely not what it used to be when it first released, rarely do the betas of a game outmatch the current patch in quality, but this is one of those times.

About as much Support as any other game like LOL, shitty support team, hotfixes and patches nearly every week/two weeks depending on certain things.

No, not in the slightest. For them, the term 'end game' means a bunch of bullet hells that don't actually give you any room to dodge projectiles, it's like the game is forcing you to leave the dungeon or die. The worst thing is that all and I mean ALL of the loot is rng based. Wanna powerful Shield? You've done 120 of the MOB that's supposed to drop it? Well too bad, because the only way you're getting items is either on complete random or if you're so in-tune with the holy spirit that it just poars out of your computer screen.

In certain ways, yes. Many people help each other and are actually pretty kind, the only people that make this game cancer are the 'White Stars'. In this game there is an arbitrary fame system, where you gain useless points for killing mobs. These fame points complete class quests and if you complete a certain amount of quests you increase in Star. There is Light Blue Star, Dark Blue Star, Red Star, Orange Star, Yellow Star, White Star (in order of easiest to hardest to achieve). Now the people who have the bottom one have wasted so much of their life on this game, that they're naturally braindead at times. Some say all they can do is repeat unfunny memes. Of course #NotAllWhiteStars and there are some Orange and Yellow Stars that are just as toxic/flame too, but for the most part, white stars are the worst.
