I have a juice drink everyday it consists of carrot, apple, spinach, kiwi fruit and some others. I hate eating them as solids, fucking gross pouts me off my meal.
How much fruit/vegetables do you eat per week roughly and do you think you should eat more?
I personally believe I do have 5-a-day of fruit/vegetables but it will most likely be vegetables as I just naturally have them at dinner.

Eat vegetable mostly everyday. And fruit 3 times a week

You are suppose to drink a cup of juice a day.
Eat an apple day as well if you want to eat solid fruit
I need to start eating more veggies/fruits
Fruits I like the most! Sometimes, if I have no appetit, I make like green smoothies of kiwi, cucumber, spinach and banana.
But I believe that you need to eat the food that makes you feel good
After noticing that people are eating more than 1 fruit a day I feel like I have to eat more than 1 a day as I'm doing at the moment.
I rarely eat fruits because of fructose.
And I hate most vegetables
I'm not the healthiest(foodwise) but I am fit and strong

I eat veggies every day, cus my girlfriend makes them for me erry day
Always try to get some greens in every day, fruits usually come in naturally during breakfast.

Why, is there a problem with fructose that you have?
If it is the sugar then it usually is fine because it is a simple sugar and can be broken down fast.
