Why not build your own computer? I saw the shop is Harvey Norman, and without looking at the specs I know its a rip off (they over charge).
Build it yourself. You don't really need to know much. Use the website PC Part Picker to choose your parts (use common sense by picking parts which have high ratings and fast speed). A simple youtube video is all you need to actually build it (its like playing with lego)
use this website and see for yourself

For the price this is pretty shit. But if you can't get anything else than go for it.
With the price you're about to drop you could get a build with a GTX 1070

I have almost the same videocard as I have 1050Ti and a i5 core and I get roughly around 300fps. Therefore your PC will be good enough for CSGO, you will probably reach somewhere around 350-400FPS.
