So my web server got hacked...?

So I was looking at my web server and noticed that a html was created in it. Here is a screenshot of it.
Thing is, I have no idea who is #flashping and I can't find any info about it? Do anyone know about this or can help me find out information about it?

Tried a few google searches cant seem to find anything about who "Flash Ping" are. Maybe just increase the security and just ignore it?

Yea I do, but it is not a dedicated server, just a simple web server. Everything else is untouched except for that one file which was created.

You have a vulnerability in your OS or software used. Most likely not up to date.

These sorts of attacks are usually automatic, just a giant scan of websites/servers/IPs and automatically exploiting the vun to create the "hacked" page.
